Acknowledgments Regarding Obligation to Increase. The Borrower acknowledges that (i) neither the Agent nor any Bank has made any representations to the Borrower regarding its intent to agree to any increases to the Revolving Credit Commitments described in this Section, (ii) no Bank shall have any obligation to increase its Revolving Credit Commitment, (iii) any Bank's agreement to one or more increases shall not commit such Bank to any additional increases, and (iv) neither the Agent, nor any Bank, nor any of their respective Affiliates shall have any obligation to find or arrange for any Additional Bank.
