ACM may Inspect Clause Samples
The "ACM may inspect" clause grants the ACM (presumably a party or authority in the agreement) the right to examine certain premises, records, or operations relevant to the contract. In practice, this means ACM can conduct site visits, review documentation, or assess compliance with contractual obligations at reasonable times, often with prior notice. This clause serves to ensure transparency and accountability, allowing ACM to verify that the other party is meeting its obligations and to address any issues proactively.
ACM may Inspect. The Supplier must permit ACM, at any reasonable time during this Agreement to:
10.1.1 undertake any investigation at the Farm that ACM reasonably considers necessary; and
10.1.2 enter Supplier's property and Farm for the purposes of assessing the Supplier's compliance with this Agreement.
