ACO Providers/Suppliers Sample Clauses
The "ACO Providers/Suppliers" clause defines which healthcare providers and suppliers are eligible to participate in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). It typically outlines the criteria for inclusion, such as licensure, accreditation, and compliance with ACO policies, and may specify the types of entities—like hospitals, physician groups, or clinics—that can be designated as ACO participants. This clause ensures that only qualified and approved providers and suppliers are involved in the ACO, thereby maintaining standards of care and regulatory compliance within the organization.
