Common use of Acquired Shares Clause in Contracts

Acquired Shares. Any Shares or other voting securities of LINK with respect to which beneficial ownership is acquired by the Stockholder or any of the Stockholder’s controlled affiliates, including by purchase, as a result of a stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, combination, reclassification, exchange or change of such Shares or upon exercise or conversion of any securities of LINK, if any, after the execution hereof (in each case, a “Share Acquisition”) shall automatically become subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall become “Shares” for all purposes hereof. If any controlled affiliate of the Stockholder acquires Shares by way of a Share Acquisition, the Stockholder will cause such controlled affiliate to comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to the Stockholder.

Acquired Shares. Any Shares or other voting securities of LINK the Company with respect to which beneficial ownership is acquired by the Stockholder Shareholder or any of the StockholderShareholder’s controlled affiliates, including including, without limitation, by purchase, as a result of a stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, combination, reclassification, exchange or change of such Shares or upon exercise or conversion of any securities of LINKthe Company, if any, after the execution hereof (in each case, a “Share Acquisition”) shall automatically become subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall become “Shares” for all purposes hereof. If any controlled affiliate of the Stockholder Shareholder acquires Shares by way of a Share Acquisition, the Stockholder Shareholder will cause such controlled affiliate to comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to the StockholderShareholder.

If any controlled affiliate of the Stockholder acquires Shares by way of a Share Acquisition, the Stockholder will cause such controlled affiliate to comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to the Stockholder.

If any controlled affiliate of the Stockholder acquires Shares by way of a Share Acquisition, the Stockholder will cause such controlled affiliate to comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to the Stockholder.
