Acquirer Revenue. For Acquirer’s participation in the Program in accordance with the terms hereof, Acquirer shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to the Net FX Margin with respect to each Foreign Transaction less the amount of the Planet Payment Revenue chargeable with respect to such Foreign Transaction.
