The Acquiring Fund shall deliver to an officer of the Acquired Trust at the Closing a confirmation evidencing that: (a) the appropriate number of Acquiring Fund Shares have been credited to the account of the Acquired Fund on the Books and Records of the Acquired Fund pursuant to paragraph 1.1 prior to the actions contemplated by paragraph 1.4, and (b) the appropriate number of Acquiring Fund Shares have been credited to the accounts of record holders of the Acquired Fund shares on the Books and Records of the Acquiring Fund pursuant to paragraph 1.4.
