Common use of Acquisition and Advisory Fees Clause in Contracts

Acquisition and Advisory Fees. The Company shall pay the Advisor or an Affiliate of the Advisor, a fee in the amount of 1.0% of the purchase price of each Asset, excluding Acquisition Expenses, as Acquisition and Advisory Fees. The total of all Acquisition Fees and any Acquisition Expenses shall be reasonable and shall not exceed an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the Contract Purchase Price.
