ACQUISITION BY SELLER OF AN INTEREST RELATING TO CAPITALISED INTEREST. 6.1 Any increase in the Outstanding Principal Balance of a Loan due to Capitalised Interest will be allocated to the Funding 1 Share of the Trust Property and to the Seller Share of the Trust Property, based on respectively the Funding 1 Share Percentage and the Seller Share Percentage in the Trust Property as calculated on the most recent Calculation Date.
