Acquisition Contracts with Prior Owners. Sellers agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain consent to assignment of Sellers’ rights under the acquisition contracts with prior owners listed on Schedule 8.8 at Closing. If consent is obtained, Sellers will convey such rights to Purchaser at Closing.
