Acquisition Date Deposit. In the event that the Monthly Remittance Condition is satisfied, on each Acquisition Date, the Servicer will deposit into the Collection Account all amounts received and applied as interest or principal on the Receivables during the period from the related Cutoff Date to two (2) Business Days before the Acquisition Date.
