Acquisition of Additional Shares. During the Parent Voting Period, the Shareholder shall notify the Company promptly in writing of the acquisition or Transfer of legal or beneficial ownership of additional Parent Registered Shares after the date hereof.

During the Parent Company Voting Period, the each Shareholder shall notify the Company Parent promptly in writing of the acquisition or Transfer (other than Permitted Liens) of legal or beneficial ownership of additional Parent Registered Company Common Shares after the date hereof.
