None of the Borrowers shall acquire any capital assets (including any vessel other than the Ships) by purchase, charter or otherwise, provided that for the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Clause 11.2(m) shall prevent or be deemed to prevent capital improvements being made to the Ships.
