Common use of Acquisition of Consents Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Consents. Except as noted on Exhibit 4.1.3, no authorization, consent, approval, license, exemption of or filing or registration with any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, other than those which have been obtained, is or will be necessary to the valid execution and delivery to the Agent and/or the Lenders or performance by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Financing Documents and each of the foregoing which has been obtained is in full force and effect.

Acquisition of Consents. Except as noted on Exhibit 4.1.3, no authorization, consent, approval, license, exemption of or filing or registration with any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, other than those which have been obtained, is or will be necessary to for the valid execution and delivery to the Agent and/or the Lenders or performance by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Financing Documents and each of the foregoing which has been obtained is in full force and effect.
