Acquisition of Covered Securities. In the event that Stockholder acquires any Covered Securities (or any right or interest therein) after the execution of this Agreement, Stockholder shall promptly deliver to Parent a written notice indicating the number of such Covered Securities (or right or interest therein) acquired or received.
