Common use of Acquisition of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Licenses. You acquire Licenses and related services subject to this Agreement by submission of Purchase Order(s) and payment of amounts due thereunder or by making a credit card payment specifying the type, quantity and term of such software and services, as of result of which you are entitled to the rights and services set forth in this Agreement.
