Common use of Acquisition of Monsoon Securities Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Monsoon Securities. Subject to Section 7.12, compliance with applicable Law, the NASDAQ Stock Market Rules (or the rules of any other applicable securities exchange or stock exchange) and the Monsoon Organizational Documents in effect as of the Closing Date, nothing in this Agreement shall in any way restrict, limit or prohibit Indigo Parent or its Affiliates from acquiring additional Monsoon Securities, at any time and from time to time, on the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, by tender offer or exchange offer, or otherwise.

Acquisition of Monsoon Securities. 8.5.1 Subject to Section 7.127.6, compliance with applicable Applicable Law, the NASDAQ Stock Market Rules (or the rules of any other applicable securities exchange or stock exchange) and the Monsoon Organizational Documents Constitution in effect as of the Closing Class B Shares Original Issuance Date, nothing in this Agreement these Terms of Issue shall in any way restrict, limit or prohibit Indigo Parent any Class B Member or its Affiliates from acquiring additional Monsoon Securities, at any time and from time to time, on the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, by tender offer or exchange offer, or otherwise.
