ACQUISITION OF NOTES BY THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES. The Company will promptly deliver to the Trustee for cancellation all Notes that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have purchased or otherwise acquired. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any of its controlled Affiliates from acquiring any Note (or any beneficial interest therein); provided, however, that this sentence will not prohibit the original issuance of any Affiliate Note on the Issue Date.
