Acquisition of Unencumbered Properties. In addition to the requirements of §8.5(e), the Borrowers shall, within seven (7) Business Days of the acquisition of an Unencumbered Property or the qualification of any Real Estate as an Unencumbered Property, deliver to the Administrative Agent a certificate from an officer of the Borrower Representative certifying that such Real Estate satisfies the requirements for an Unencumbered Property set forth in the definition thereof.
