Acquisition of Unencumbered Properties. The Borrower shall promptly, but in any event within thirty (30) days of the acquisition of an Unencumbered Property or the qualification of any Real Estate as an Unencumbered Property, deliver to the Administrative Agent a copy of the Title Policy or commitment for a Title Policy and the final environmental site assessment for such Unencumbered Property.
