Acquisition Sole Remedy. If a Receivable transferred to the Depositor from the Additional Transferor under Section 2.1 becomes a Bankruptcy Surrendered Receivable, the sole remedy of the Depositor, the Trust or Master Collateral Agent is to require the Servicer to acquire the Bankruptcy Surrendered Receivable under this Section 3.5.
