Common use of Acquisitions and Investments Clause in Contracts

Acquisitions and Investments. No Borrower will purchase or otherwise acquire (including by way of share exchange) any part or amount of the equity ownership or assets of, or make any investments in, any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other venture or enterprise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrowers may acquire or invest in the following (collectively, the "Permitted Investments"):
