ACQUISITIONS/DIVESTITURES. About acknowledges that from time to time certain of PRIMEDIA's subsidiaries and/or Publications may be sold and/or new publications or promotional vehicles purchased. Any such changes in PRIMEDIA shall be cause for renegotiation of the terms of this Agreement only in the event that they materially alter the Promotional Services available to About hereunder.
