Acting as a Director or Trustee of Other Body. (a) The Board may pay from the Pension Fund an amount it considers appropriate in the circumstances to indemnify, fully or partly, a Trustee against costs, loss or damages incurred or awarded against him or her as a result of any act or omission done, or omitted to be done, in good faith as trustee of another trust, or as director of a body corporate, to which the Trustee was appointed by the Board as trustee or director for the purpose of representing the Board in the operation of that other trust or body corporate.
