Common use of Action at Meeting Clause in Contracts

Action at Meeting. When a quorum is present at any Member meeting, any matter to be voted upon by the Members at such meeting shall be decided by the Members holding the required percentage of Interests as required by express provision of this Agreement or the Act.

Action at Meeting.
