Action by Administrator with Respect to Certain Matters. The Grantor Trust Trustee shall not have the power, except upon written instructions signed by the Administrator and except as expressly provided in the Transaction Documents, to sell the Grantor Trust Estate after the termination of the Indenture in accordance with its terms.
