Common use of Action by Authority Clause in Contracts

Action by Authority. 33.3.1 Following service of such notice, the Authority shall take such action as notified under Clause 33.2 (Notice to the Contractor) and any consequential additional action as it reasonably believes is necessary (together, the “Required Action”) and the Contractor shall give all reasonable assistance to the Authority while it is taking the Required Action. The Authority shall provide the Contractor with notice of completion of the Required Action and shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such advance notice as is reasonably practicable of its anticipated completion.

The Authority shall provide the Contractor Developer with notice of completion of the Required Action and shall use reasonable endeavours Reasonable Efforts to provide such advance notice as is reasonably practicable of its anticipated completion.

The To the extent that the Authority performs any of the obligations of the Contractor hereunder or undertakes tasks that would otherwise be undertaken by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, the Authority shall provide perform such obligations or undertake such tasks to the same standard as would be required of the Contractor with notice of completion of the Required Action and shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such advance notice as is reasonably practicable of its anticipated completionhereunder.
