Action by Fiduciaries. 13.10(1) Any action herein permitted or required to be taken by an Employer shall, subject to the provisions of Section 21.07 hereof, be by resolution of its board of directors or by written instrument signed by a person or group of persons who has been authorized by resolution of such board of directors as having authority to take such action. Any action herein permitted or required to be taken by the Committee shall be in the manner specified in Section 13.04 hereof.
