Common use of Action by HemaCare Clause in Contracts

Action by HemaCare. All actions required or permitted to be taken under this Agreement by HemaCare, including, without limitation, exercise of discretion, consents, waivers, and amendments to this Agreement, shall be made and authorized only by the Board of Directors.
