Common use of Action by Nominees Clause in Contracts

Action by Nominees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Security Agreement, any and all of the rights, powers and remedies of the Agent under this Security Agreement may be exercised by any nominee(s) of the Secured Parties or any other agent, person, trustee or nominee acting on behalf of the Secured Parties, and the Agent may assign or delegate all or any part of its rights and obligations under this Security Agreement to any one or more agent(s), person(s), trustee(s) or other nominee(s).

Action by Nominees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Security Agreement, any and all of the rights, powers and remedies of the Agent Collateral Trustee under this Security Agreement may be exercised by any nominee(s) of the Secured Parties Financial Institutions or any other agent, person, trustee or nominee acting on behalf of the Secured PartiesParty, and the Agent Collateral Trustee may assign or delegate all or any part of its rights and obligations under this Security Agreement to any one or more agent(s), person(s), trustee(s) or other nominee(s).

Action by Nominees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Security Agreement, any and all of the rights, powers and remedies of the Collateral Agent under this Security Agreement may be exercised by any nominee(s) of the Secured Parties Collateral Agent or any other agent, person, trustee person or nominee acting on behalf of the Secured Parties, and the Collateral Agent may assign or delegate all or any part of its rights and obligations under this Security Agreement to any one or more agent(s), person(s), trustee(s) or other nominee(s).
