Common use of Action by the City Clause in Contracts

Action by the City. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent or request by the City is required or permitted under this Agreement, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative or by any person who shall have been designated by the City’s Authorized Representative, without further approval by the City Council.

Action by the City. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent or request by the City is required or permitted under this Agreement, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative City Manager or by any person who shall have been designated by the City’s Authorized RepresentativeCity Manager, without further approval by the City Council.

Action by the City. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent or request by the City is required or permitted under this Agreement, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative City Manager of the City of Petaluma or by any person who shall have been designated by the City’s Authorized RepresentativeCity Manager, without further approval by the City Council.

Except as may be otherwise specifically provided hereinin this Agreement or any another City Documents, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent finding, consent, request, waiver, or request other action by the City is required or permitted under this AgreementAgreement or any other City Documents, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made made, or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative City Manager, or by any person who shall have been designated in writing to Developer by the City’s Authorized RepresentativeCity Manager, without further approval by the City Council. Any such action shall be in writing in a form approved by the City Attorney.

Any such action shall be in writing.

Except as may be otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent or request by the City in its capacity as Licensee hereunder is required or permitted under this Agreement, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative City Manager or by any person who shall have been designated by the City’s Authorized RepresentativeCity Manager, without further approval by the City Council.

Action by the City. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever any approval, notice, direction, consent or request by the City is required or permitted under this Agreement, such action shall be in writing, and such action may be given, made or taken by the City’s Authorized Representative City Manager or by any person who shall have been designated by the City’s Authorized RepresentativeCity Manager, without further approval by the City CouncilCouncil unless the City Manager determines in his or her discretion that such action requires such approval.

Action by the City.
