ACTION BY TRUSTEES WITHOUT MEETING. Action by the Trustees may also be taken by them in writing without a meeting, provided, however, that in such cases there shall be unanimous written concurrence by all of the Trustees voting, and provided that there be a sufficient number of Trustees voting to constitute a quorum as provided in Section 4 below.
