Common use of Action by Trustor Clause in Contracts

Action by Trustor. Where any provision in this Deed of Trust refers to action to be taken by Trustor, or which Trustor is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by Trustor.
