Common use of Action if Not Resolved Clause in Contracts

Action if Not Resolved. If a claim has not been resolved, the party making the claim shall, within ten (10) days after the ARCHITECT's preliminary response, take one or more of the following actions: submit additional supporting data requested by the ARCHITECT; modify the initial claim; or notify the ARCHITECT that the initial claim stands.
