Common use of Action of Administrator Clause in Contracts

Action of Administrator. The Administrator shall not knowingly take or omit to take any action which would: (a) result in the avoidance or termination of any of the Insurance Policies in relation to any Mortgage Loans and Mortgages to which any Insurance Policy applies; (b) reduce the amount payable on any claim made on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee (as trustee for the Beneficiaries) under any Insurance Policy; or (c) invalidate any Insurance Policy.
