Action on Hearing Committee Report. Within thirty-five (35) days after receiving the Hearing Committee Report, the body (or bodies) whose adverse recommendation or action occasioned the hearing shall consider the Report, and affirm, modify or reverse the original recommendation or action. The final result shall be transmitted to the DIO with a copy to the VP of Medical Staff Services.
