Action on Instruction by Administrator. If (a) the Owner Trustee is unsure of the application of a term of a Transaction Document, (b) a term of a Transaction Document is, or appears to be, in conflict with another term, (c) this Agreement permits a determination by the Owner Trustee or is silent or is unclear about the action the Owner Trustee is required to take or (d) the Owner Trustee is unable to decide between alternative actions permitted or required by a Transaction Document, the Owner Trustee may, and for clause (d) will, notify the Administrator requesting instruction on the matter. If the Owner Trustee acts or does not act in good faith according to the instruction received, the Owner Trustee will not be liable for the action or
