Common use of Action on Instructions Clause in Contracts

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting under this Agreement or the Notes or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banks, and (ii) in the case of such instructions, from all the Banks.

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting under this Agreement Agreement, the Notes or the Notes other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banks, and (ii) in the case of such instructionsinstructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all of the Banks, from all of the Banks.

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting acting, under this Agreement or Agreement, the Notes other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith therewith, in accordance with written instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the BanksLenders or, and (ii) in the case of such instructionsthe matters set forth in Section 10.1, from all of the BanksLenders. For purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, unless expressly stated otherwise, all determinations by, requests by, or other references to "Lenders" shall mean the Required Lenders.

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting acting, under this Agreement or Agreement, the Notes other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith therewith, in accordance with the instructions in writing from (i) of the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banks(as such term is defined in Section 12.6 below) or, and (ii) in the case of such instructionsthe matters set forth in items (i) through (viii) of Section 12.13, from all of the Banks.

The Agent shall be required to act and shall be fully protected in so acting and shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting so acting, under this Agreement or Agreement, the Notes Notes, the other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document executed or delivered in connection herewith or therewith therewith, in accordance with written instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the BanksLenders or, and (ii) in the case of such instructionsthe matters set forth in items (A) through (G) of Section 9.1, from all of the BanksLenders.

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting under this Agreement the Loan Documents or the Notes or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banks, and (ii) in the case of such instructions, from all the Banks.

Action on Instructions. Action on Instructions. The As between the Agent and the Banks, the Agent shall be required to act and shall be fully protected in so acting and shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting so acting, under this Agreement or Credit Agreement, the Notes other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document executed or delivered in connection herewith or therewith therewith, in accordance with written instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banksor, and (ii) in the case of such instructionsthe matters set forth in items (A) through (G) of Section 10.l, from all of the Banks.

Action on Instructions. Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting acting, under this Agreement or the Notes or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing or by telegraph from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the appropriate number of Banks, and (ii) in as the case of such instructions, from all the Banksmay be.

Action on Instructions. The Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting under this Agreement or the Notes any Note or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing from (i) the Required Banks except for instructions which under the express provisions hereof must be received by the Agent from all the Banks, and (ii) in the case of such instructions, from all the Banks.
