Action on the Loan Note. The Agent’s right to seek and recover judgment on the Loan Note or under this Loan Agreement shall not be affected by the seeking, obtaining or application of any other relief under or with respect to this Loan Agreement. Neither the Lien of this Loan Agreement nor any rights or remedies of the Agent or the Lender shall be impaired by the recovery of any judgment by the Agent against the Borrower or by the levy of any execution under such judgment upon any portion of the Collateral or upon any of the assets of the Borrower.
