Either party Party may bring an action in a court properly vested with jurisdiction to enforce an Arbitration arbitration award or order, including but not limited to an order for emergency relief. Actions to enforce an arbitration award may be instituted in a court properly vested with jurisdiction and are not subject to this Dispute Resolution Policy, with the exception of the confidentiality and liquidated damages provisions should a Party breach its confidentiality obligation.
