Common use of Action Upon Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Action Upon Enforcement. Without limitation of the Note Trustee's rights and powers under the Note Trust Deed including, without limitation, Clause 7 (Provisions Relating to Receiver) and Clause 12 (Enforcement) of the Note Trust Deed, from and including the time when an Event of Default has occurred (which has not been waived by the Note Trustee or remedied to its satisfaction) and the Series 2020-1 (A4) Notes shall have become due and repayable in accordance with the Conditions:
