Action upon Termination of Custodian Agreement. Upon termination of any custodian agreement with respect to any Series or inability of any custodian to continue to serve, the Trustees shall promptly appoint a successor custodian or take such other action as the Trustees deem appropriate. If so directed by vote of the holders of a majority of the Shares of such Series outstanding and entitled to vote, the custodian shall deliver and pay over all Trust Property held by it an specified in such vote.
