Common use of Actions and Claims Clause in Contracts

Actions and Claims. There are no civil, criminal or administrative actions, investigations, proceedings, suits, demands or claims filed or conducted by or before any Governmental Authority, arbitrator or mediator pending or threatened against the Partnership relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There are no civil, criminal or administrative actions, investigations, proceedings, suits, demands or claims filed or conducted by or before any Governmental Authority, arbitrator or mediator pending or threatened against the Partnership relating Company. The Company is not subject to the transactions contemplated any order, decision, ruling charge, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination, award, assessment or binding agreement issued, promulgated or entered by this Agreementor with any governmental authority, court, arbitrator or mediator.
