Common use of Actions at Final Closing Clause in Contracts

Actions at Final Closing. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 8.1 hereof, at the Final Closing UPC shall take all actions required to be taken by it and deliver all documents and certificates required to be delivered by it at the Final Closing as provided in Section 6.2 hereof.
