Common use of Actions by Agents Clause in Contracts

Actions by Agents. The obligations of the Agents hereunder are only those expressly set forth herein and neither the Agents nor the Co- Arrangers shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or otherwise exist with respect to the Agents or the Co-Arrangers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Agent shall be required to take any action with respect to any Default, except as expressly provided in Article 6 or Section 7.10. - ----
