Common use of Actions by Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors and shall be fully protected in doing so.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Secured Parties and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the Secured Parties.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Operative Agreements, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors a Securityholder Instruction and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of Secured Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Credit Agreement Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Specified Lenders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of Pari Passu Guaranteed Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Transaction Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors Required Holders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on all Holders.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Collateral Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Instructing Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the Secured Debtholders.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Secured Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on all holders of Secured Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by an Act of the Directing Creditors Secured Debtholders or Act of the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, and shall will be fully protected in doing so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of the Secured Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall may act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors Required Parity Lien Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on all Secured Parties as holders of Parity Lien Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so; provided, however, that the Collateral Agent shall not be required to take any action which shall expose the Collateral Agent to personal liability or which is contrary to this Agreement, any other Security Document or applicable law.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Debtholders and shall will be fully protected if it does so; provided, however, that the Collateral Agent shall not be required to take any action which shall expose the Collateral Agent to personal liability against which it is not indemnified in doing soa manner reasonably satisfactory to it or which is contrary to this Agreement, any other Security Document or applicable law.

As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, subject to the provisions of this Article V, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Secured Parties and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the Secured Parties.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Note Lien Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall may act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors Required Note Lien Debtholders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on all Secured Parties as holders of Note Lien Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Securitization Intercreditor Agreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed in writing by the Directing Creditors Controlling Secured Representative and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on all holders of Secured Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents or Loan Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors an Act of Required Lenders and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall act or refrain from acting as directed by the Directing Creditors Noteholders and shall be fully protected in doing so.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Instruments, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed in writing by the Directing Creditors Controlling Priority Lien Representative and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of Priority Lien Obligations.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall act or refrain from acting as directed by Act of the Directing Creditors Secured Debtholders and shall be fully protected in doing so.

Actions by Collateral Agent. As to any matter not expressly provided for by this AgreementAgreement or the other Security Documents, the Collateral Agent shall will act or refrain from acting as directed in writing by the Directing Creditors Controlling Representative and shall will be fully protected in doing if it does so, and any action taken, suffered or omitted pursuant to hereto or thereto shall be binding on the holders of First Lien Obligations.
