Common use of Actions by Contingent Agent Clause in Contracts

Actions by Contingent Agent. The Contingent Agent may, for the execution of the duties and in the execution of the powers conferred upon it, appoint or employ as agents or representatives or otherwise any solicitors, counsel, bankers, brokers, accountants, clerks or inspectors or other agents, and all reasonable expenses and disbursements made and incurred by the Contingent Agent in connection with the execution of its duties hereunder will be included as Fees and Expenses as provided in Section 2.5 above.
