Common use of Actions by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Actions by Escrow Agent. Provided that Escrow Agent shall not have received written notice from Buyer or Seller of the failure of any condition to the Closing or of the termination of the Escrow and this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof, when Buyer and Seller have deposited into Escrow the documents and funds required hereby and Title Company is irrevocably and unconditionally committed to issue the Title Policy in accordance with the terms hereof, Escrow Agent shall, in the order and manner herein below indicated, take the following actions:

Actions by Escrow Agent. Provided that Escrow Agent shall not have received written notice from Buyer Transferee or Seller Transferor of the failure of any condition to the Closing or of the termination of the Escrow and this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereofAgreement, when Buyer Transferee and Seller Transferor have deposited into Escrow the documents and funds required hereby by this Agreement and Title Company is irrevocably and unconditionally committed to issue the Owner’s Title Policy in accordance Policies with effective dates as of the terms hereofClosing Date, Escrow Agent shall, in the order and manner herein below indicated, take the following actions:

Actions by Escrow Agent. Provided that Escrow Agent shall not have received written notice from Buyer or Seller of the failure of any condition to the Closing or of the termination of the Escrow and this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereofAgreement, when Buyer and Seller have deposited into Escrow the documents and funds required hereby by this Agreement, and Title Company is unconditionally and irrevocably and unconditionally committed to issue the Owner's Title Policy in accordance concurrently with the terms hereofClosing, Escrow Agent shall, in the order and manner herein below indicated, indicated take the following actions:
