Common use of Actions by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Actions by Escrow Agent. Provided that Escrow Agent shall not have received written notice from Buyer or Seller of the failure of any condition to the Closing or of the termination of the Escrow and this Agreement, when Buyer and Seller have deposited into Escrow the documents and funds required by this Agreement for the Closing, and when Title Company is committed to issue the Title Policies concurrently with the Closing (in accordance with Section 5.1.1 hereof), Escrow Agent shall, in the order and manner herein below indicated, take the following actions: 6.4.1

Actions by Escrow Agent.
