Common use of Actions by Others Clause in Contracts

Actions by Others. Where Owner is prohibited by this Agreement from directly taking any action, or where action by Owner would constitute a material breach of this Agreement, Owner agrees that it will not encourage, authorize or permit any other person or entity, directly or indirectly or under its direct or indirect control to take such action.
