Actions by the Issuer. Subject to the Servicing Agreement, all action to be taken by the Issuer under this Indenture Supplement shall be taken by the Administrator or the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer and all notices to be given or received by the Issuer under this Indenture Supplement shall be given or received by the Administrator or the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Issuer.
